When Eldon and his wife Phyllis bought a new home in Boise they knew they wanted to update the garage floor to an easy to clean, durable epoxy floor. At their previous house, the Edmondson’s had a diy painted floor, that the previous owner in the home had installed. It wasn’t easy to clean, and it was peeling up where their tires were, so when they bought their new home, they knew they wanted something that would last a long time.
We came in and used our heavy diamond bit grinder to remove any weak concrete and to create a strong bond between the bare concrete and epoxy. This is necessary to guarantee the new epoxy floor will never peel as long as they own the home. We did a full chip floor in black and gray to make sure it is non slip and hides the dirt. We topped it with a clear non-yellowing UV stable Polyaspartic topcoat so that is easy to clean.

Eldon loves that he doesn’t have to look at the plain concrete anymore and how easy it is to clean. He said that everyone that comes over gives him compliments on how amazing it looks, including friends and other contractors.
