  • The first step is to call us for a consultation so we can determine what type of coating will best fit your needs and goals. We will help you pick out the right color and options so you love your newly coated patio floor!

  • Once the concrete is thoroughly prepped we apply our first coat of resin to the patio floor. While this coating is still wet we broadcast the decorative chips or quartz into the coating until every square inch is completely covered. Then once the base coat is dry, we vacuum up the excess material and scrape the floor smooth. Finally, a topcoat of a high-quality polyaspartic coating is applied that gives the floor an easy-to-clean and durable protective finish.

  • Our products are designed to cure quickly and safely without leaving behind odors or emissions, allowing light traffic within 24 hours and heavy traffic within 48 hours. The base coat resin is 2x stronger than the concrete below it. We use the highest quality decorative media available on the market, with outstanding colors and sizes available. The polyaspartic top coat we use is superior quality, proven to be UV stable, easy to clean, resistant to chemicals and scratches, and flexible, making it impervious to chips. What To Expect

  • To get ready for your project we ask that you remove everything on the patio prior to the morning we start your project.
  • Depending on the size and complexity of your project it should take between 1 and 2 days for the installation from start to finish.
  • Then depending on the outside temperature and humidity levels, you will be able to move your things back onto your patio within 24 - 48 hours. We recommend waiting 2 - 3 days before heavy traffic on the newly coated concrete, just to be safe.
